We're Proud to be Kansas City's Home Repair Realtors!
We’re different because we started with a successful home repair business and then moved into real estate.
We did that for a couple of reasons:
Buyers – In our home repair experience we were seeing major differences in the quality of similarly priced homes. We wanted to help people sort out the difference between quality homes and substandard houses and make better use of their hard earned money
Sellers – We were watching our friends sell great houses and get much less than we expected because they hadn’t prepped them from a home repair perspective. We thought, why not just offer this guidance as part of the normal Realtor package?
